So this name is a joke in itself. My sister made a family cookbook years ago and put some recipes of my great grandmother, Mommy Chris, in it. One was entitled "prune fluff"....gross! But the name has brought a lot of laughs. Consequently, not knowing what to call this mixture, it loving got named "fruit fluff':).
Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream (unwhipped)
1 can sweet and condensed milk
couple scoops of yogurt (any flavor..personally like Vanilla Bean)
Lots of frozen blueberries, raspberries (and/or blackberris)
Whip the cream. Stir in sweet and condensed milk and yogurt. Gently fold in fruit. Let it sit a while so berries will thaw.
