Cheese Fondue

Cheese fondue, flank steak and the chocolate fountain have became a Valentine's Day tradition around here.  This year we even got an extra treat...chocolate flung all over Lance and the kitchen from the fountain.  Good Times:)  We dip the steak, bread, pretzels, broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes, apples...you name it...this recipe makes everything taste good.  The recipe is from Just get off your but and bake.

2013 --last Valentine's with all kids in grade school

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
 1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup heavy whipping cream
 1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Fondue forks or party toothpicks
Directions:
In a large saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Add the cream, milk and wine. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth. Reduce heat; add cheese about 1 cup at a time, stirring well. Cook until the cheese is melted. Transfer to a fondue pot or small slow cooker.
