Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp meat tenderizer
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup parsley flakes
4 cloves crushed garlic
Flank Steak
Score the meat diagonally with a knife and poke several holes with fork on both sides of meat. Place it in a gallon size ziploc bag and add the marinade ingredients. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 days (I usually only get about 1 day). Grill to preferred done-ness. It doesn't take long so watch closely.
