Baked Overnight Oatmeal

I got this recipe from a RS food storage group.  After trying many other baked oatmeal recipes, this one is still our favorite.  I only sprinkle raisins on half the pan because, even though Zac likes raisins in most things, he does not like them in this :)

Ingredients

3 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbls. Melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups old fashioned oats (if substituting quick oats do not refrigerate over night)
1 tsp cinnamon
Raisins

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.  Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole dish  (I bake mine in a 9X13 when we are short on time in the morning).  Refrigerate overnight.

Heat oven to 350.  Bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes (about 30 minutes if in a 9X13).  Stir before serving.  Serve with milk
